About the E-Learning Course
This European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and PCI-accredited e-Learning course from The Health Coaching Academy gives a great introduction to the core concepts, models and approaches for Health Coaching skills and personalised care. It includes 39 bite-size lessons, 23 quizzes and
20 exercises over 6 modules and is available for 12 months from the date you first access the content.
- Learn the core competencies of effective health coaching.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the neuroscience of behaviour change.
- Gain skills in key techniques for change, plus a range of tools to enable this change to happen.
- Discover how to apply the core skills with people you support to build their activation, ownership, motivation and
confidence to take control of their own health. - Build your own resilience with tools which you can then use with the people you support.
- Be able to revisit, pause and take notes whenever you need to, and to ensure you learn at your own pace.
